AUSTRALIA

  • Free Express Delivery in Australia on orders over AU$125

  • The customer is responsible for the postage cost of any return or exchange, we recommend tracked postage so you can trace your order.

 

INTERNATIONAL

  • $30 non-refundable Express Shipping for International Orders

  • 3-10 Days delivery time

  • The customer is responsible for the postage cost of any return or exchange, we recommend tracked postage so you can trace your order.

  • The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.

 

SALE ITEMS

  • We only offer exchanges or store credit on sale items (no refunds).

  • Sale items must be exchanged within 14 days.

  • Items marked as ‘Final Sale Items’ (on the product page of our website) are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit unless the item is deemed faulty by the Mode Collective.

 

RETURNS

  • We want you to be happy!  :) We offer 100-day exchange/refund on full priced products and 14-day exchange/store credit on sale items.  If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please fill in the returns form included with your purchase and return it with the item to the appropriate address below.   Alternatively, please see the download link for the returns form by Clicking Here.

  • All shoes must be returned in their original condition.  Once you receive your shoes, please make sure that you only wear them on a carpet. If there is any damage to the soles, the shoes cannot be returned. Shoes must also be returned in an undamaged shoe box. If the shoes are returned without a box or in a damaged box, the customer may be charged a small fee for a new box, or the shoes may be returned to the customer.
  • If you believe that your shoes are faulty, please include a receipt for the postage attached to this form and we will refund you the cost if they are deemed to be faulty.  This will be assessed and determined upon the return of the item. Please state on the front of the parcel if you believe the goods are faulty.  All items must be returned within 100 days of signing the delivery. The customer is to pay the delivery fees for the item to be returned to the appropriate return address

  • Within 7 days of your return/exchange being processed, we’ll either refund the full purchase price or dispatch the exchange item.  Please note that credit card refunds may take 2-3 working days to clear . You will be notified by automated email once your refund has been processed.  Please note that for each order, we can only provide one exchange (one of more pairs sent at the same time).  Any additional exchanges will incur a $15 fee. 

  • Please note that shoes must always be tried on a carpeted surface to until you are certain that you would like to keep them.  The Mode Collective reserves the right to not accept returns for shoes which have been worn. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box may not be accepted or alternatively a $10 fee will be charged.

  • Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on monogrammed accessories.  If you are unsure about your purchase, we suggest purchasing the bag without monogramming or contacting info@themodecollective.com with any questions.

  • It should be noted that the customer is responsible for covering the cost of postage back to our warehouse, however, The Mode Collective will pay the cost of outgoing postage if an exchange is requested.
